I feel like a celebrity today because today is the day I start The Fresh Diet! Yes, fresh food delivered every night to my doorstep (can you say spoiled!) so I can tell you all how it tastes and if the program is worth the price tag! I hope you follow me along this journey, and offer advice and support along the way because I am going to need it! I am going to be brutally honest about this diet because by no means will it be easy for me to give up french fries and soda for even a day or two but this opportunity was to good for me to pass up. I have been wanting to try out a home food delivery diet program for a long time and this was my chance. This is the same plan that Sherri Sheperd from The View, Carnie Wilson , and dancers from Dancing with the Stars have used or are using to lose some weight or stay fit and healthy. I mean seriously, I am starting to feel like a celebrity myself!
According to The Fresh Diet website
The Fresh Diet provides it’s customers with perfectly balanced, healthy and delicious meals, in the right portions, for maximum weight benefits, and delivers them to their homes daily.
Boy, do I hope the above statement is true, because I am about to embark on a month long adventure with The Fresh Diet and there is no turning back now. I am excited to say the least because I definitely need to lose a couple (OK like 20-30) pounds at the least!
I created a mii to track my progress weekly (on Fridays) and I will be back to tell you all about the ups and down of the week! As you can see I am starting out at 154 lbs (blushing)… and I am camera shy so the mii is all you get for now! Maybe after this is all over you will get a real picture!
Wish me luck!
Let’s hope for a skinnier me (or should I say mii) next week!

I love this!! I can’t wait to follow you along, on your journey! I weigh 140 now, and hope to start losing weight also!! I look forward to all the great information!
Girl this is awesome! I’m so excited to hear more about this diet! I’m right with you on the fries and soda. I just had both for lunch today. I love the mii…it’s way better than having to look at a picture of myself…LOL. And don’t worry…we weigh the same (ok I may have you by a pound or two…shhh) so I can’t wait to hear how it works for you!
Question: Does the diet involve exercise?

The Fresh Diet is responsible for sending the well balanced meals – It is up to be to decide how I will incorporate the exercise in to my diet. I plan to walk with my sons and do some elliptical during night time TV – not sure what else yet!

Good luck on your diet, Sara. I can’t wait to see how it turns out for you. Be sure to tell us how the food tastes.
I myself am a fitness nut and athlete. I f I drink alot on a given night i try to dink alot of water and sleep in and rest most of the next day then I try to jog a little to sweat it out. Just figure it takes about two days to fully recover to a high energy level after a good night out. Unless you puke and get sick. So for two days aprox you dont gain anything in performence.
